When using parts or equipment purchased from third parties, the warranty covers labor only.
If you need to make a return of the part, the company's policy sets a return period within 20 working days.
Under the conditions:
- The part is not a custom-made item (in cases of ordering a part for the client, the return conditions are discussed individually).
- There are no traces of installation, dirt and mechanical damage on the parts.
- The packaging is not damaged.
- There are copies of shipping documents.
- Electrical equipment cannot be returned.

All returns are made through resale.
