Production of castings from colored alloys

The Autocomponent Division produces castings weighing from 0.01 kg to 50 kg from aluminium alloys of brands AK12M2, AK9ch, AK8M, AK7, AK6M2, AMG 5K, AlSi9Cu3, from the zinc alloy CA4M1o, from copper-zinc alloy LCH40SD. The casting range includes more than 600 items.

Typical products are engine carters, gearboxes, handout and clutch; The body of oil filters and filters finely cleaned fuel; The lids of the enclosures; The parts of the braking system Brackets pipes and intake collectors.

For the preparation of liquid aluminum alloy used crucible induction furnaces, as well as degassing plants and alloy refining plants, allowing to receive quality metal of the specified chemical composition. In the process of casting, express analysis is used to determine the chemical composition of the alloy, metalbographic studies, control of the mechanical properties of alloys and X-ray and television control of finished products.

The castings are obtained by casting under high pressure, pouring into the coqueil with the use of sand rods, pouring-forging. The production of color casting has a wide range of foundry equipment firms Idra, Italpresse, Buhler, Tebowa, Tebova - NUR and Litostroy.
